Privacy policy

The one-paragraph version

This site works without collecting your personal data. There are no accounts, no comments, no chat, no newsletter. Only two things can be stored on your device: a preference flag remembering your consent choice, and — only if you allow analytics — Google Analytics cookies. Without consent, analytics still runs cookieless (Google Consent Mode): no cookies, no identifiers, just anonymous signals to estimate overall traffic. We never sell data. We don't run ads; when we eventually do, ad scripts will also load only with your consent.

What we store on your device

• Consent preference — a localStorage flag (tts-consent) remembering whether you allowed analytics. Not a cookie, not readable by anyone but this site. You can reset it any time via the "Privacy choices" button in the footer.
• Analytics cookies (only with consent) — if you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets small first-party cookies (such as _ga, by default lasting up to 2 years) to count visits and events. See the analytics section below.
• Nothing else. Quiz answers, generated characters and memes are created and kept in your browser's memory only. Nothing is uploaded.

Analytics (consent-based)

If you choose "Sure, allow," we load Google Analytics 4 to count anonymous usage events — which tools get played, which guides get read, which quiz outcomes are most common — so we can improve the site. GA4 does not store your IP address, and we use it without advertising features: no ad profiles, no cross-site tracking, no data sharing for ads. Google's own handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

If you choose "No thanks" (or never answer), no analytics cookies are set and nothing identifying is stored: Google Analytics 4 runs under Consent Mode with all storage denied, so it receives only anonymous, cookieless signals used to estimate overall traffic (no IP storage, no identifiers, no ad features). The site is fully functional either way, and you can withdraw consent anytime via "Privacy choices" in the footer.

Advertising

The site currently shows no advertising. If we join an ad network in the future: ads will be labeled, loaded only after consent, and this page (plus a consent notice for EEA/UK users, as required by Google's ad policies) will be updated before that happens. We do not serve personalized ads to children and position the site as family-friendly rather than child-directed.

Children's privacy

The site is family-friendly but not directed at children under 13, and we don't ask for age, name, email or any personal information from anyone. We don't collect data from children because we don't collect data at all, beyond the consent flag described above. Recommended ages for the meme platforms we discuss (TikTok, Roblox) are set by those platforms, not us.

Your rights (GDPR/EEA, UK, CCPA and similar)

Since we collect no personal data and never sell anything, there is generally nothing to access, export or delete beyond the local consent flag — which you can clear yourself in one click. If you believe we've received personal data about you anyway (e.g., you emailed us), write to hello@tungtungtungsahur.monster and we'll handle it promptly per applicable law.

Server logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting may keep standard technical access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, processed by our hosting provider under legitimate interest. These logs are not used for profiling or marketing.

Changes

If this policy materially changes (e.g., ads are switched on), we'll update the effective date above and, where required, ask for consent again before the new processing starts.
