The legal-ish bits
Terms of use
Effective: October 30, 2026
1. Using this site
You may use our tools (quiz, generators, meme maker, soundboard, coloring pages) and read our guides for personal, non-commercial fun. Teachers and parents may print coloring pages for classroom and home use. Don't use the tools to create content that harasses people, promotes hate, or breaks the law — the drum will be disappointed in you.
2. What you create
Anything you generate (characters, names, memes) is yours to keep and share. We claim no rights over your outputs. Our templates and art remain ours, but you may share the images you export from them freely.
3. Trademarks and characters
Character names like Tung Tung Tung Sahur, Tralalero Tralala and others are referenced for identification and commentary — this is an independent fan and education site, not affiliated with any creator, platform or studio. All illustrations here are our original interpretations, not reproductions of any copyrighted render. Ownership questions around AI-generated characters are actively being decided in court; we report on that as news. Rights holders with concerns can reach us via the contact page — we respond promptly and in good faith.
4. No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work hard on accuracy (see how we research) but meme history moves fast — facts, game mechanics and slang may be outdated by the time you read them. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or religious advice.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind.
6. Third-party platforms
We discuss TikTok, Roblox and Fortnite as a journalist discusses them. Those platforms' own terms govern your use of them; age minimums and parental controls are set and enforced there, not here.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
